2013 ROYAL ADELAIDE SHOW Robbie takes Best in Show at the Royal Adelaide Show 2013 under international judge Kenneth Edh of Sweden from an entry of 2619 dogs. A win made all the more special by the amazing number of messages of support for Robbie and congratulations from all over the world. Thank you to the many people who supported us on the day and made this possible. In particular thank you to our dear friend and Deerhound breeder Melanie Buckley who has been there all the way. Our sincere appreciation to our judge Mr Kenneth Edh of Sweden who made the day by awarding Robbie Best in Show, his sister Meg, Runner Up of Breed and her daughter Kitty, Puppy of Breed. Robbie is rarely shown and his Best in Show 2013 win was a lovely way to follow up on the Royal Adelaide Show 2012 where Robbie was shortlisted down to the last six in the Hound Group by judge Mr John Muldoon (Ireland) Our dogs are tested by a Veterinary Cardiologist for cardiac disease. Robbie holds a clear Cardiac Certificate. Our dogs are DNA tested for Factor VII Deficiency and Degenerative Myelopathy. |
